Lindsay Hill

RDA, FAADOM
Practice Manager

A Nashville native with 16 years in dentistry. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dental Office Management, serves as Co-President of Focus on Excellence (a study club for dentists and office managers), and a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Lindsay lives in Spring Hill with her husband Chad, their son, and their newly adopted miniature dachshund, Teddy. They spend their free time cheering their son from the sidelines of a wrestling mat or football field, hosting family and friends and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, Goooo Dawgs!

Fun fact: Lindsay was an original employee of Dr. Jim Crafton, and before Dr. Crafton’s passing, her husband Chad happened to be a patient of Dr. Hancock, whom we shared office space with and a match was made by hygienist Jen.

Jennifer Ross

RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist

A Nashville native with 18 years in dentistry, Jennifer Ross is known for building lasting relationships with her patients and making everyone feel comfortable in the chair.

Jennifer and her husband Brandon live in Oak Hill with their sweet dog Millie. A proud University of Tennessee alum (VFL!), Jennifer enjoys running, hot yoga, and traveling with Brandon to their favorite destination, the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jennifer has also served as Treasurer of the Tennessee Dental Hygienists’ Association and as a board member for the annual Oral Cancer Walk.

Fun fact: Jennifer is also a professional beekeeper, and her love of queso runs so deep that she had a queso fountain at her wedding at the Hutton Hotel.

Ella Hagewood

RDA
Front Desk Administrator & Registered Dental Assistant

Ella joined the dental world and Hancock Dentistry in January 2025.

Ella is a Nashville native and still lives here with her partner Hannah and their cat Lennox (“Lenny”). In her free time she enjoys baking and collecting art, and she has a growing appreciation for beautiful pieces.

Fun fact: Ella runs primarily on energy drinks and determination, so if you ever need help with an insurance issue…a strategically delivered caffeine offering may help move your claim to the top of the pile.

Tammy Weaver

RDA
Front Desk Administrator & Registered Dental Assistant

Tammy brings an incredible 35 years of dental experience to our practice.

Originally from East Tennessee, Tammy and her husband Gary now live in Brentwood. They have one son and one grandson, and they proudly cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers whenever possible.

Tammy loves traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family, and her deep knowledge of dentistry makes her an invaluable resource to both patients and teammates.

Fun fact: Tammy originally worked for Dr. Workman, who sold the practice to Dr. Crafton, who in passing, sold it to Dr. Hancock. Which means Tammy has technically worked for three generations of this practice; making her the unofficial record holder for longest-standing employee.

Elizabeth “Liz” Williams

RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist

Liz is a Dickson native with seven years of dental experience and a calm, welcoming approach that patients love.

She lives in Dickson with her husband Alex and their daughter, along with their two dogs Nala and Cruz.

When Liz isn’t caring for patients, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with family or cheering passionately for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Fun fact: In her household, Saturdays in the fall are not optional, they are mandatory UGA football days. Go Dawgs!

Cassidy Lampley

RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist

Originally from Illinois, Cassidy now lives in Burns with her husband Casey, their two children, several horses, dogs, and cats. This makes her household slightly busier than our office some days.

Cassidy has a keen eye for fashion, and if you need a restaurant recommendation, she is unquestionably the person to ask.

Much of the family’s free time is spent traveling to horse shows and races, where their competitive spirit truly shines.

Fun fact: Cassidy is a skilled barrel racer, which means she’s just as comfortable flying around an arena on horseback as she is caring for patients.

Nancy Boyd

Front Desk Administrator

With 30 years in dentistry, Nancy Boyd is often the very first smiling face you’ll see when you step off the elevator. And once you meet her, you’ll understand why patients feel immediately at home.

Nancy and her husband Byron live in Nolensville and have three adult sons along with two beloved Aussiedoodles, Buster and Ditto. Around the office, Nancy is famous for her baking. Especially her legendary “Nancy Cakes,” which many staff members claim are the best cupcakes on the planet.

She has a natural gift for making people feel welcome, keeping the front desk running smoothly, and ensuring that everyone leaves with a smile.

Fun fact: Nancy is what the kids call a “cool mom.” She has attended Bonnaroo several times with her sons.

Nikki Cross-Clark

RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist

Nikki is a Nashville native with two years in dentistry and a personality that makes every appointment a little more entertaining.

She lives here in Nashville with her longtime boyfriend Goran and we are collectively rooting for a ring. (We’re really hoping he reads this.)

Nikki is a passionate Harry Potter fan and a devoted Denver Nuggets supporter. Which one she loves more…you’ll have to ask her yourself.

Fun fact: Nikki is currently working toward visiting every U.S. state before she turns 30.

Jennifer Katsaros

RDA
Registered Dental Assistant

Jennifer brings 9 years of dental experience and a remarkable background of service to our team.

She lives in Smyrna with her husband Robbie and their two teenage sons. When they’re not cheering from the sidelines of their sons’ football games, the family enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.

Jennifer also enjoys visiting the shooting range and cheering for the Florida Gators.

Fun fact: Jennifer served in the United States Army as a Black Hawk helicopter operator. Her husband Robbie is a Marine veteran who now serves our community with the Metro Police Department and we’re grateful for both of their service.

Samantha Anderson

RDA
Registered Dental Assistant

Samantha has 13 years of dental experience and lives in Portland with her husband Sean and their son, along with their calico cat Daisy.

In their free time, Samantha and Sean stay busy coaching their son’s soccer team and participating in sports themselves.

Samantha has a strong background in oral surgery and is very skilled chairside during the surgical procedures we perform.

Fun fact: Samantha and Sean both play intramural softball and soccer, making their household a very competitive one.

Diana Saylor

RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist

With 35 years in dentistry, Diana Saylor is a passionate advocate for oral health and one of the most knowledgeable hygienists you’ll meet.

She has served as President of the Tennessee Dental Hygienists’ Association and currently represents the state for Waterpik. Diana is deeply committed to continuing education and can frequently be found either teaching or attending dental courses to stay on the cutting edge of the profession.

Diana and her husband Gary live in Nashville and have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Fun fact: Dentistry runs in the family. Diana comes from a true dental dynasty; both her father and her brother were orthodontists.

Alexia “Lexie” Robertson

RDA
Registered Dental Assistant

Originally from North Carolina, Lexie has three years in dentistry and brings warmth and enthusiasm to our team.

She now lives in Spring Hill with her husband Noah, and they are excitedly preparing to welcome their first child in May 2026.

Lexie loves attending concerts and spending time with her large family, and she always seems to know the best places to grab coffee.

In the office, Lexie works chairside with the doctors and helps the front desk when she can.

Fun fact: Lexie is a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and can recommend the best coffee stops between Nashville and North Carolina without even opening Google Maps.

Mallory Anderson

RDA,
Registered Dental Assistant

Mallory is a Dickson native with five years in dentistry and a quietly sharp sense of humor that keeps the team and patients entertained. She is great with all patients, especially children.

She lives in Dickson with her partner Alan. The two recently welcomed a baby boy in February 2026, joining their bulldog Junie and cat Indie.

Mallory enjoys cooking, antiquing, and spending time outdoors.

Fun fact: Mallory is known for her dry wit, and it has become the unofficial mission of the entire office to be the one who finally makes her laugh.

Office Mascot

Position Currently Vacant

We regret to inform you that Hancock Dentistry does not currently have an office dog. However, a grassroots movement has begun among staff and patients alike to remedy this unfortunate situation.

All those in favor are encouraged to mention it to Dr. Hancock at your next appointment.
